  3. Finally you will interview the selected candidates. You can speak with as many candidates as you want until you find the right one.
  4. Once you decide who you want to add to your team, Superior CS Group will start the hiring and onboarding process.

We always try to complete the process within 3 weeks. However, this may vary depending on the availability of the candidate.

Our hiring process includes a set of interviews with different people in our organization to help us understand their proficiency speaking and writing in English. If needed, we can run a series of tests to ensure quality.

Most of our offshore hires come from Latin America, especially from countries such as Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Chile, Nicaragua, Honduras. To make sure that they will be able to perform their tasks, we usually run a connectivity test on their Internet connection. They will generally work from their homes, home offices or co-working spaces in their cities.
